2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@eightdt.com. Provide the necessary information, including your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence.

2.3. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or shipping information.
2.4. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging, and affix the provided return shipping label.
2.5. Drop off the package at your local post office or schedule a pickup.
2.6. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.
3. Return Conditions:
3.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
3.3. Returns will not include any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3.4. If a discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

1.2 Shipping Time Frames: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
1.3 Carrier Selection: We use the best available courier services based on the customer’s location to ensure timely and efficient delivery. At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests to change the designated carrier.
2. Shipping Rates and Fees:
2.1 Customs Fees: All orders that are being processed and shipped are free of customs duties and taxes*.
*Please note that few countries might encounter delivered duty unpaid (DDU), depending on your country's regulations, meaning that it's the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes. These must all be paid in order for customs to release the shipment after it arrives.
2.2 Tracking Updates and Package Status: Once shipped, packages may have limited tracking visibility while undergoing customs clearance. It is normal for tracking to not update during this period. Please expect tracking details to refresh within 48-72 hours post-customs clearance.
3. Delivery Attempts and Receiving the Package:
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout. In case the delivery is unsuccessful, they may leave a notice for you to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from a designated location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and accessible. Eightdt will not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
3.1 Delivered But Not Received: If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend waiting a few days as packages might still be in transit. We cannot issue credits for orders that are marked delivered with accurate address matching.
3.1.1 Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer liable for theft or loss at the delivery location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and accurate delivery details. In the event of any issues, such as theft or misdelivery, we encourage customers to file a complaint directly with the courier, as we have no control over their practices once the package is in their possession. However, we are committed to assisting our customers to the best of our ability by contacting the courier on their behalf and working towards a resolution whenever possible.
3.2 Package Pickup: If the package is available for pickup, details will be specified in the tracking information. If you have difficulties finding this information, please contact us for assistance.
3.3 Consideration of Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if there is no update in the tracking information for a continuous period of 20 days.
3.4 Late Arrivals: While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors like customs clearance which are beyond our control.
